Returns
We want you to love your HalloWraith. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return
Email us at globalsmartshop26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items
If your HalloWraith arrives damaged or malfunctioning, contact us immediately with photos — we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
